30-Day Return Policy for Clothing and Accessories (Online Orders)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple 30-day return policy for clothing and accessories.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • The items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must include the original order receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Accessories, such as jewelry, belts, or hats, must be in their original packaging without signs of wear or damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Personal items, such as swimwear or underwear, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Customer Service – Reach out to us at gigharborpnw@gmail.com with your order number to request a return authorization.

  2. Prepare Your Return – Pack the items securely and include the original packing slip.

  3. Ship the Return – Use the provided return label, or ship via a traceable method at your own cost to the address provided by customer service.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.
